This map shows places The Fat Karateka and BFF Teri have traveled as a karate students of MSOI-Aurora and SYMAC schools.

Midwest School of Isshinryu in Aurora, IL, (http://www.msoiaurora.org) and Steven Young Martial Arts Centers (SYMAC) provide karate training and tournament opportunities for their students. Through the schools'association with the American Okinawan Karate Association (AOKA), Isshinryu Hall of Fame (IHOF) and "friendships" with neighboring schools, students have plenty of opportunities to explore different aspects of Martial Arts.
